Every print is hand-made to order, with great care taken in printing, mounting and framing your chosen artwork. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before your piece is shipped.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver across the globe.
Returns
Each piece is custom printed and framed to order based on your selected size and frame, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order changes after 24 hours.
If your artwork arrives with any damage or in less than perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help resolve it quickly.
PRINTING & FRAMING
Printing
Each photograph is offered in three formats: Print Only (unframed), Gallery Frame, and Signature Float.
Print Only and Gallery Frame works are made-to-order and printed in our studio on heavyweight 300gsm archival paper — premium cold press matte and luster stock, paired with pigment-based archival inks for vivid color and longevity. Built to last for generations.
Signature Float is our premium tier: lab-fabricated by master print specialists, hand-signed and numbered as a limited edition, and backed by a lifetime guarantee on materials.
OUR FRAMING
Every Gallery Frame and Signature Float piece arrives fully assembled with ready-to-hang hardware — no setup required. Frames are hand-crafted in premium hardwood, available in black, white, or natural wood finishes, paired with artist-grade UV-protective, shatter-resistant acrylic.
WITH MAT — Available on X-Small, Small, and Medium sizes (plus Large in vertical and horizontal orientations). Your print is presented inside a premium 4-ply, 2.5" archival mat board, beveled at 45° around the image for a classic gallery look.
FULL BLEED — Available across all sizes and the only option on our largest works. The photograph extends to the edges of the frame without a mat — a bold, contemporary presentation that gives the image maximum impact.
UNFRAMED PRINTS (PRINT ONLY)
Print Only orders ship in a rigid rolled shipping tube and include a slightly larger white border around the image, giving you added flexibility when choosing your own framing presentation.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE (SIGNATURE FLOAT ONLY)
Every Signature Float work is built to outlast a lifetime — and we stand behind that. Each piece is covered by a comprehensive lifetime guarantee against material defects and degradation under normal display conditions.
What's covered
- Print archival integrity. Pigment-based archival inks on museum-grade paper are guaranteed against fading, yellowing, and color shift for 100+ years when displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight.
- Frame craftsmanship. Premium hardwood construction is guaranteed against warping, splitting, joint separation, and hardware failure.
UV-protective acrylic. Glazing is covered against manufacturing defects, yellowing, and clouding.
If any of these elements fail under normal display conditions, we will repair or replace your work at no cost — for the lifetime of the artwork.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage (impact, drops, water, fire, smoke)
- Damage from improper hanging, installation, or transport
- Damage from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or temperature changes
- Normal aesthetic wear from handling
Modifications made to the artwork after delivery
Transferable
The guarantee transfers with the artwork to subsequent owners, provided the original Certificate of Authenticity (signed and numbered) accompanies the piece. Your investment remains protected long after it leaves our studio — a meaningful consideration for limited-edition collectors and for resale value.
Making a claim
Contact us at hey@bradscanvas.com with your edition number and photographs documenting the issue. Most claims are reviewed within 14 business days. Original packaging is not required for return shipping. We cover return shipping costs for valid claims.
