Do you include any payment information on the package?
No. Packing slips do not include card details.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Can I frame these prints myself?
Yes. You can order unframed prints and frame them locally.
Are shadow boxes only available in your larger sizes?
Yes. Shadow-box framing is available on larger formats only.
Can I make any customizations to the frame for a small fee?
Please contact us before ordering and we will advise what is possible.
What are your frames made from?
Our frames are built from premium hardwood with UV-protective glazing.
What do you recommend for hanging hardware?
Use appropriate wall anchors and a level for best results.
Are any of your prints signed or numbered?
Edition information is shown on the product page where applicable.
Are your prints glossy or matte in finish?
Our fine art prints are produced with a matte, archival finish.
Do you use glass or acrylic for your framed art?
We use premium acrylic for safer shipping and UV protection.
