Please note: Deliveries are only investigated after the expected delivery period has expired. We do everything we can to make sure your items are delivered as fast as possible, occasionaly short delays can occur if we have just released a new limited edition work and have a high volume of orders at the same time. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
To preserve edition numbers and limited edition quantities, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

DUTIES AND TAXES
If there are any, the purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes. The majority of our shipments do not incur fee's.

DAMAGED GOODS
Products deemed to be damaged upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of recieving the product, and the item must be returned within 14 days of reciept in it's original packaging. Please be aware any items listed "made by hand and unique, may have minor imperfections, and these are an intended part of the process". Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement of any damaged items, especially items listed with "minor imperfections" will be at the sole discretion of Bradley Walls Pty Ltd.
